End of Program Outcomes

The Associate Degree Nursing Program uses the following outcomes to demonstrate evidence of achievement:

  • Graduates will pass the NCLEX-RN® the first time taken at a rate equal to or above the state and national pass rates.
  • 50% of students entering the program will graduate from the program on time (5 semesters ADN and 3 semesters Transition Nursing).
  • 70% of students entering the program will graduate within one and one-half times the length of the program (7 semesters ADN and 4 semesters Transition Nursing).
  • 85% of graduates will be employed in nursing or in school within 9-12 months of graduation.
