MAT 107 - Contemporary Statistics and Probability

Class Hours: 3
Lab Hours: 0
3 Credit Hours

This course introduces common statistical terms and concepts that are widely used to describe data, compute probabilities, estimate parameters, show the degree of relationship between variables, and make decisions. The emphasis is on real world examples and applications.

Prerequisites: Prerequisite with a grade of “C” or higher: MAT 152 , MAT 155 , or placement into MAT 107.
