IST 253 - LAN Service and Support

3 Credit Hours

This course focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting local area networks in a lab environment. It covers current operating systems, network diagnostics, optimizing, service administration, and troubleshooting. Authorized certification courseware will be used.

Prerequisites: Prerequisites with a grade of “C” or higher: IST 245  or departmental approval.

This course is typically offered in the spring semester.
